With over 15 years of experience in the industry and 10+ years in leadership, Kevin has built a reputation for developing teams, improving operations, and finding smarter ways to deliver exceptional experiences.

He currently serves as a Senior Director of Client Services where he focuses on strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and empowering teams to succeed. Known for his approachable leadership style and thoughtful problem-solving, Kevin brings a balance of creativity, practicality, and calm under pressure to every challenge.

Outside of work, Kevin is an advocate for leadership development across the industry as the Chair of the ESCA Rising Leaders Committee and has a commitment to serving the industry as a board member of the NYIAEE chapter.
