Rising Leaders Committee
The people behind the Summit. ESCA’s Rising Leaders Committee builds programs for those in the first 10 years of their career, or 40 and under, so the next generation of leaders in exhibitions and events has a place to learn, connect, and grow.
What we’re here to do
The committee develops programs and initiatives with a specific benefit to people in the early stages of their careers, from networking and a working knowledge of industry practices to building a long-term career in live events.
Three subcommittees carry the work forward:
- Committee goals
- Create a network of rising leaders that drives future collaboration and innovation within the industry.
- Offer ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Empower rising leaders to develop confidence in their roles and as future leaders in the industry.
- Increase the participation of rising leaders at ESCA in-person events by 10% year over year.
