Traci Boyer is a seasoned operations executive with more than 20 years of experience in operations management and client service excellence. As Senior Vice President of Operations for Texas and enterprise-wide Exhibit Operations at Freeman, Traci leads strategic initiatives that drive measurable results and operational excellence. Her cross-divisional expertise enables her to align strategic vision with execution, foster collaboration, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Traci’s career progression—from Director of Business Development to Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and ultimately SVP—demonstrates her ability to lead impactful change. She has championed the Freeman Next initiative, led regionalization efforts in Texas, and advanced onboarding, training, and business continuity programs to strengthen organizational resilience.
Beyond her role at Freeman, Traci chairs the Events Committee for the San Antonio Hotel and Lodging Association and serves on the Visit Austin Customer Advisory Board. She is passionate about developing future talent, partnering with local colleges and universities to share industry insights and inspire emerging leaders.
