RISING LEADERS COMMITTEE

The ESCA Rising Leaders Committee is responsible for supporting those within the first 10 years of experience in the industry or 40 years of age or younger by developing programs and initiatives that will have a specific benefit to those in the early stages of their careers. These programs will support members by addressing themes related to networking, gaining a fundamental awareness of industry practices, and building a long-term career in the live events industry.

• To create a network of rising leaders that will drive future collaboration and innovation within the industry.
• To offer ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
• To empower rising leaders to develop confidence in their roles and as future leaders in the industry.
• To increase the participation of Rising Leaders at ESCA in-person events by 10% year-over-year.
