Call for Presentations
We warmly invite you to submit a presentation proposal for consideration at the second annual Rising Leaders Summit—a program created to empower and educate emerging professionals in the exhibitions and events industry through inspiring content, career-building insights, and meaningful connections. This impactful event brings together rising professionals from across the industry who are eager to grow their careers, expand their skillsets, and understand their place in the broader exhibitions and events ecosystem.
Scheduled for February 23–25, 2026, at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX, the Rising Leaders Summit promises an engaging and energizing experience for all involved.
What We’re Looking For
- Presentation Length: 30–45 minutes
- Audience Size: 150+ attendees
- Content Focus: Soft skills development in communication, leadership, time management, and similar. Industry-relevant content that helps attendees grow in their roles and understand the bigger picture
- Style: We welcome engaging, interactive formats that encourage participation and discussion

- Proposal Deadline: September 12, 2025
- Final Program Confirmed: October 10, 2025
Proposals will be reviewed by our education committee based on relevance, originality, clarity, and value to attendees. Please note that submitting a proposal does not guarantee selection.
