We are thrilled to offer dine-arounds to our attendees to enhance you conference experience. Savor an extra networking opportunity so you can get to know one another outside of a conference setting. Choose one of the amazing local Dallas restaurants you want to check out, sign up, and get to know your fellow attendees while you enjoy delicious food. Who knows? You might find you have more in common than just your great taste in food and associations.

Dine-arounds will be available on Tuesday, February 4, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM. You may sign up for a dine-around onsite when you check in at registration. While it is free to sign up, please note that you are responsible for the cost of your own food and beverage, as well as transportation to the restaurant.

What is the Rising Leaders Summit?

The Rising Leaders Summit is a new event by ESCA designed to empower and educate young professionals and emerging leaders in the exhibitions and events industry. It offers leadership development sessions, industry-specific workshops, networking opportunities, and more.

When and where will the Summit be held?

The summit will take place on February 4-5, 2025, at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas.

Who should attend the Rising Leaders Summit?

The summit is tailored for young professionals and newcomers in the exhibitions and events industry who are looking to develop leadership skills, gain industry insights, and expand their professional networks.

What is the agenda for the Summit?

What are the registration details?

Are there any discounts available for attendees?

Yes, ESCA members receive a discount on the registration fee for the Rising Leaders Summit. If your organization is not currently a member and decides to join ESCA within 90 days after the summit, you will receive the difference in registration fees as a discount on your ESCA membership dues.
